Clinton Global Initiative Recognizes AppJam+

UC Irvine Student, Nithin Jilla, who was a part of the planning team that put together AppJam+ made his annual Clinton Global Initiative University commitment around STEM. His commitment was to help take a leadership role with AppJam+ and help expand the program in the 2013 year to double the sites - moving to 4 schools and serving more students than the previous two programs.

Kumar Garg, Senior Advisor to Deputy Director at the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy, presented Jilla with a certificate signed by President Bill Clinton for his outstanding Commitment to expand and improve STEM education.
